Meet Food Safety Training Requirements with STLCC’s ServSafe Course

STLCC’s ServSafe Manager training delivers nationally recognized food safety education and certification, helping food service and hospitality industry owners, operators and employees meet local mandates. St. Louis City and St. Louis County Health Departments require that at least one person within each food service facility be certified in food safety. The ServSafe Program leads the way in providing comprehensive educational materials—whether you are an employee seeking an added credential or an operation seeking a compliant solution for your employees. ServSafe Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards.

ServSafe Food Safety Certification Review and Re-Test
This class is only for those who were not successful on a recent exam or who took the ServSafe online course and require a proctored exam. It is recommended that you study the text before coming to class. An opportunity to ask review questions will be provided before re-attempting the exam. Fee includes ServSafe exam materials and proctored exam. Those achieving a grade of 75% or higher on the exam will be awarded the nationally-recognized ServSafe Manager Certification and wallet card.
