Join our discussion led by Kelly Gillespie, Executive Director of the Missouri Biotechnology Association as we explore the current environment of the biotech industry and its impact shaping the local economy.

Mr. Gillespie will examine biotechnology growth and employment at the national and regional level and its ties to the local economy, based on the State of the St. Louis Workforce report for the biotechnology industry. Ben Johnson, Director of Special Projects at BioSTL will report on the state and challenge of diversity within the St. Louis biotechnology industry followed by a conversation on educating the biotechnology workforce followed by an employer reaction panel and an interactive Q&A from the audience.

As an extension of the State of the St. Louis Workforce research, please join Ben Johnson, Steve Long, Associate Vice Chancellor of Workforce Solutions and Richard Norris, Director of the Center for Plant and Life Science at St. Louis Community College along with your industry peers for an exclusive look into the data specifically impacting the biotechnology industry.
